Mr. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, which provided a strong foundation for his work as an All-Source Analytic Technician. His career in the military was marked by extensive training and expertise in airborne operations. Mr. Miller is Airborne-qualified and proficient in HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) operations. He is also a certified Pathfinder and an expert in the use of rifles, pistols, and hand grenades.
Mr. Miller’s military service extended beyond U.S. borders. He earned Paratrooper Wings from Israel and served with distinction during operations across Central and South America for the Department of Justice. His storied career has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the Silver Star, the Legion of Merit, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, the Army Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Joint Service Achievement Medal.
Now retired, Mr. Miller continues to serve his community as a dedicated member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), where he remains actively involved with the veteran community. In his personal life, Mr. Miller enjoys the peaceful art of fly fishing, a pastime that reflects his love for tranquility and the outdoors.
